注册条款和说明：

1. 付款
（1）参会代表在相应的时间段内注册可以享受早鸟优惠，详情请见注册费用表格。
（2）主办方在参会代表注册登记2周内收到付款或者付款证明之后，参会代表的会议注册才算成功。
（3）团队注册时必须同时注册所有参会代表名额并且在同一个订单中付款，才能享受相应的团队折扣。
（4）发票将于会议结束后寄至注册所留的发票邮寄地址。
2. 取消注册
（1）取消会议注册必须在10月5日前，并且提交书面申请。
（2）任何时间取消会议注册都会产生10%的管理费。
（3）如果会议因为主办方不可控制的外力等原因取消或者延期或者更换会议时间地点等，主办方及其雇员不承担参会代表相应的费用支出（如酒店及机票等），因此建议参会者购买相应保险。
3. 免责声明
（1）大会演讲嘉宾的演讲内容及意见纯属嘉宾个人观点，与大会无关。
（2）对任何未经演讲嘉宾同意转载使用其演讲论文内容的个人和组织，保留追究法律责任的权利。

Registration Terms and Description:

1. Payment Policy
(1) Delegate early bird discount can be consulted in the registration fee form above.
(2) Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment within 2 weeks of registration.
(3) Group discount can be enjoyed in case that all delegates’ registrations are booked at the same time and payment made in one transaction.  
(4) The invoice will be sent to the registered invoice address after the conference.
2 Cancellation Policy
(1) Cancellations must be received in writing prior to 5th October 2019.
(2) A 10% administration fee will be charged whenever the cancellation is happened.
(3) It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being canceled or curtailed due to any reasons beyond the control of organizers, or it is necessary or advisable to relocate or change the date and / or location of the event, neither APC, nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates. We therefore recommend prospective delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
3 Disclaimer
(1) The content of papers and presentations given by guest authors and speakers are purely personal views. APC disclaims all liability for any tort or damage arising out of any statement or opinion made in any paper or presentation by any guest author or speaker.
(2) The right to pursue legal liability is reserved for any individuals and organizations who use the contents of speeches without the consent of the speakers.
